My Facilitation Style

Most sessions last 1 hour to 1.5 and can occur in person, by phone, or a combination, with email and fax for assignments and support. An agreement to a minimum one session per week for three months is highly recommended to build a solid foundation for the work.

My facilitation style is warm, supportive, highly intuitive, spiritual, insightful and straightforward while at the same time, challenging. I am an excellent listener and "hear" what's really behind what is said. I love what I do and that is very evident in my coaching style.
