How We Work

Most sessions last an 1 hour to 1.5 and can occur in person, by phone, or in  combination, with email and fax for assignments and support. An agreement to a minimum one session per week for three months is highly recommended to build a solid foundation for the work.

Prepare for your session by first attending a Life Skills Workshop or Meditation class if possible but not necessary.
